Eric's fannish moments, bands that Eric has done pages for.

Updated October 15 2007!!!

Finally something to report after a very long time of quiet. The new CD will be out middle of October and I am taking preorders now.

I am now award winning songwriter/singer Eric Coleman. I came in 2nd in a very tough contest in the Highway 61 Folks Festival songwriting contest August 5th 2006.

Shows are currently being booked in Minneapolis and Des Moines. Check the Shows page for more information.

Low Self Esteem Talking Blues is on Laughter Is A Powerful Weapon Vol 2 out now. This is a benefit disc for victims of Katrina. I am thrilled beyond all belief to be on a disc with such folks as, well, Weird Al Yankovic and Barnes And Barnes as well as liner notes by Dr Demento.. There are a lot of the usual suspects that I have played with or met this year including the great Lukeski, Tom Smith, Worm Quartet, Sudden Death, Raymond And Scum, Shockwave Radio Theater, the late and much lamented Nick Atoms and many many more. This is for a great cause and all the profits go to the Red Cross.

How Can I Miss You is on the 4th Annual Highway 61 Folks Festival CD. It's a nifty live version and they even included the intro. It can be purchased at the Highway 61 Folks Festival website. This is, as always, the best day of music I hear every year and this wonderful little festival deserves your support, even if they did include a song from such a questionable source.

And as always, check my Live Journal for all the latest breaking news.
